2017 Kentucky RUX Application Open Now!

The Kentucky Rural-Urban Exchange (Kentucky RUX) is pleased to announce a new open application process for the 2017 program! Questions or issues specific to the application can be directed to KentuckyRUX@gmail.com.  Deadline to submit your application is April 28.

Kentucky RUX brings rural and urban people together in unique community settings over three, weekend-long intensives each summer.  Our programming is focused on people, places, and partnerships. We work together to find our commonalities, deepen connections to the people and places of the Commonwealth, and collaborate on projects that add value to Kentucky communities.

In 2017-- the program's fourth year-- members from across the state will gather in Lexington June 23-25, in Bowling Green July 28-30, and in Harlan County Sept. 29-Oct. 1.

The program offers a unique opportunity to build skills and partnerships across the state of Kentucky. The RUX assists participants with travel, accommodations, and programmatic events during the exchange weekends.
